Day 13: Work it Out

Well, I’ve become part of the annual rush to join a gym. There were lots of newbies there so I didn’t feel totally out of place.

I found a Planet Fitness not far from my job. If I treat it as part of my work day, I’ll actually take my ass in there. Thirty minutes of cardio after work won’t kill me.

Also, I’ve started doing the Yoga With Adriene 31 day yoga challenge on YouTube. I was a day or two behind but I’m working on it. I’m proud of myself.

The exercise soreness has already started but I can’t start making excuses this soon. Hopefully, I can keep up the pace when my classes start again in a couple weeks.

I hope you are progressing with your goals as well. Keep pushing.
