I started having anxiety dreams about work again last week. I’m always stuck in traffic and can’t get there or something happens and I can’t find the place. They’re terrible.
Today, I got the “Beginning of the school year” information e-mail. My college schedule also starts later in August. My summer is quickly coming to a close. I’m headed back to being educationally minded for the next ten months.
I wish I could say that I was looking forward to it. Having a routine again will help me in some ways, but being stressed every day is gonna suck.
I’m got to get back into a positive headspace. Going into the year with preparatory stress isn’t the way to go.
